Finally, the last outside maintenance task is to make sure the condenser is level. Settling soil can take it off the level ground. Using a level and shims, it’s simply to put it back where it belongs.
There are also things you can do inside. The most important is cleaning and changing the filters. This should be done twice a year, once when it starts to get cool and once when it begins to get warm. You can also clean the evaporator drain and the evaporator coils.
